1. Purpose of the App

Roomlly is a digital platform designed to help users discover rooms for rent and allow property owners to list available rooms. Roomlly acts only as a facilitator and does not own, manage, or verify properties.

2. Eligibility & User Responsibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use Roomlly.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• You are responsible for all activities performed through your account.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Roomlly will not be responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Owners & Listings

Property owners are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authenticity of their room listings. Roomlly does not guarantee:

• Availability of rooms
• Pricing accuracy
• Quality, safety, or legality of listed properties

5. Bookings & Agreements

Any agreement, communication, or transaction between users and room owners is strictly between the involved parties. Roomlly is not responsible for disputes, damages, or disagreements arising from such interactions.

6. Payments

Payments, where applicable, are processed through third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay. Roomlly does not store or process sensitive payment information including card details, UPI IDs, or bank credentials.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations, if applicable, are governed by the Refund Policy available on this website. Users are advised to review the Refund Policy carefully before making any payments.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Misusing the platform for illegal activities
• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Attempting to harm, hack, or disrupt the application
• Violating applicable laws or regulations

9. Limitation of Liability

Roomlly shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the app, including disputes between users and property owners.

10. Suspension & Termination

Roomlly reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms & Conditions or engages in suspicious or harmful activities, without prior notice.

11. Changes to Terms

Roomlly may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in India.
